We started PIHAAT in 2013 with an objective to help everyone to be presentable, stylish and lively with our fashion accessories of premium quality and astonishing designs for independent, confident women, who believe that they can shape their own world. Last year we received great response from you guys. We won your hearts and build a relationship that will last for lifetime. We received great feedback about the quality and designs. This whole thing inspires us to open an online studio to make transactions easy for everyone, but still our objective is the same to make available authentic, handpicked jewelleries and accessories easily to everyone. We first analyses the trends and provide modern, unique and affordable solutions to our customers. We respect the integrity of our stakeholders and ensure that they get the value of their money and time. We spread the confidence and energy to clientele through our products.We exist to make our customer stylish, put together, confident and fashion-right. We are really enthralling with your response, we promise you the quality and graceful designs. Our collections are spectaculars display of beauty, color, grace, and charm found virtually nowhere else.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

If packaging is tampered or damaged or unsealed before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Shipping Policy

  • Right no we are offering Free Shipping on all orders for limited time period.

  • We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible.

  • We do not have international shipping.

  • We ship to almost every part of India.

Delivery Policy

We usually ship within 12 hrs of order placement or after manual order confirmation in case of COD. We ship on Monday to Saturday. There is no shipping on national holidays. It usually takes 3-6 working days to get delivered. The delivery period can exceed in case of natural calamity or any situation beyond our control. If the packaging is tampered or damaged or unsealed before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

Check List 

Please make sure you fulfill all the conditions listed below to be eligible for any refund or replacement.

  • Please make sure that the original product tags and packaging are intact when you send us back the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • If product comes with free gift or combo, you have to return it also with the original product.

We offer 10 days flexible and easy replacement or refund.

We will ensure that a brand new replacement or partial refund or full refund as your wish is issued to you with no additional charges.

  • All replacement and refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned product.

  • Our representative will come to take parcel back to us.

  • In case your city is not available for reverse pickup, you can self ship i.e. you can courier the product(s) in the original packing along with the invoice, to the address mentioned in the invoice. For self shipping cost reimbursement, You will have to send the shipping bill on hello.pirinas@gmail.com.

  • Once returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by pihaat.com and accept PIHAAT's decision regarding the replacement and refunds.
